Incabella Wedding Hire provide the beautiful extras that make your big day unique. Garden games are always fun and a great way to keep your guests entertained. IncaBella hires out the best UBER giant games. They also have a large selection of garden and indoor lanterns which really help to make the Mill come alive in the evening. All their lanterns, candles and tealight holders are approved for use at the Mill. IncaBella can also provide you with a variety of other beautiful hire items, ranging from hay bale and fire pit hire through to deck chair hire for the patio – a great addition for those summer weddings. A word from Lucy: ‘Our inspiration for our candle lighting comes from african safari lodges which adorn themselves with hurricane and storm lights. The gentle soft flickering of candle light is so atmospheric giving out a warmth rarely found in electric lighting. Whether it is a tree lit up by masses of swaying tea light holders or silver lanterns lining your aisle we can help. We all long for an balmy English summer day – sadly that is no guarantee but Garden Games always add some lighthearted fun as much for the adults as well as the children. Moby Micks Fish & Chips
Fish & Chips have always been the nations favourite. MobyMicks, cooking amazing Fish & Chips, as well as other favourites outside your venue. We also provide you with knives, forks, and all condiments. Mushy peas, curry sauce, and other extras can of course be provided, according to your requirements. We take all the trouble out of organising the food, and clearing up, at very competitive prices. Having Fish & Chips as your evening reception food choice, will certainly please your guests.
We Perform – DJ
You are more than welcome to have a band at The Mill but if you would like a DJ then, to ensure we comply with NFDC sound regulations. we would ask you to use We Perform. They are extremly professional, keep all equipment on site and can offer specialist entertainment packages for your big day including additional lighting etc. A word from We Perform: “We Perform are an experienced events team based in Bournemouth. We have performed at over 1000 weddings and now provide wedding discos exclusively at Sopley Mill. We passionately believe that a wedding disco should look good, sound good and leave a lasting impression with all your guests. We currently offer 3 packages for clients of Sopley Mill and these range from just evening discos, to All-Day entertainment packages that cover your daytime music inside and outside Sopley Mill. Wessex Cater Hire

Sadly we do not have enough storage space for cutlery and tableware etc so we ask for all these items to be delivered on the morning of your wedding and collected by 09:30am the next day. We highly recommend Wessex Catering Hire who are able to do this even on weekends. Wessex can also provide water boilers etc.
