With a Sopley Mill Wedding Package Tom and his professional team will be on hand to provide a full service from the moment guests arrive. They will have the Holt Bar on the ground floor or the outside River bar open an hour before your ceremony so your guests can get themselves a drink to enjoy sitting in the sun on the terrace. The Holt bar or River bar will then be open all day until the Wedding Breakfast when they open the Potting Shed Bar in the Granary ready for your 1st dance. Tom has sourced delicious wine and Prosecco to include in our Wedding Packages and using his experience suggested how much to include per person. Our package includes, per guest, a glass of Prosecco for the reception, half a bottle of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc or Merlot for your Wedding Breakfast and a glass of Prosecco for the Toast. This is a great starting point and can easily be added to or upgraded depending on your preference.
Mill hire only: If you want to provide your own Reception and Wedding Breakfast drinks you can hire Tom’s professional team to serve these for you, provide glasses, ice etc. Whilst we want to be as flexible as possible there are a few restrictions we have to add due to licensing regulations. We do ask that you use the fantastic Tom’s Bespoke Bars if you want a Pay-Bar, for any spirits (excluding Pimms) and for serving evening drinks.
