Organising a wedding should be fun and really is easier than it sounds. All our caterers have worked at the Mill hundreds of times and know what they are doing. They can help create the ideal dining options for you, suggest timings, make sure that everything that needs to be ordered is – like a cake knife, crockery, cutlery, linen etc. Basically they ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. The same goes for drinks with Thirsty Willow Bars. If that doesn’t sound like your cup of tea – then let us do it for you.
Our packages are designed around organising the core components of a fabulous wedding – which is the food, drinks, venue and music. This leaves you to concentrate on the bits that will make your wedding individual and unique to you, such as the decorations, flowers, dresses (the fun bits!). Oh – and you also have to do the speeches and First Dance yourself (sorry!)

Sopley Mill
Thirsty Willow Bars has have put together a great drinks option for our packages, which can be tailored to suit your needs. We have started with a well-priced option, which can be upgraded if you would prefer different wines or champagne instead of prosecco.
We Perform then get the party started in the evening with one of their wonderful DJs. Our Packages include We Perform from 19.30 until the end of your wedding as well as LED floor mounted uplighters and the option for you to pick the colours or match them to the colour scheme of your wedding. With their online music selection portal you get the choice to pick your first 10,20,30 or however many songs. They can then DJ the genre you prefer for the rest of the night or you can leave it all up to them.
In the run up to your wedding our co-ordinator will be available to offer help and guidance where you need it and then will be on hand on your wedding day to help set up and run the day so that you can relax and enjoy yourself.
Wedding Package Catering
For our Wedding Packages we have teamed up with one of our favourite caterers. They are incredibly passionate about food and get thoroughly over excited when planning weddings. For our Off Peak Packages they have created four different options for our packages including a traditional 3 course option (with canapes for your reception, if wanted), BBQ & dessert or a Paella instead of the BBQ or a 3 course sharing platter option. Please do ask to see our sample brochure for the different and delicious options. For our Tailor-Made Peak Day Package (Thursdays – Saturdays) the catering choices are up to you.
