We pride ourselves on delivering a first class service and have done so ever since we started out some 20 years ago! When you make an enquiry you will speak with experienced, professional musicians who know the music business inside out and be able to advise you to ensure you get the perfect entertainment for yourwedding.

We are based close to Sopley Mill and know the venue well. We have musicians to suit your budget, so whether it is a Harpist, String Quartet or Guitarist for the ceremony or Strings, Jazz or Strolling Band for the drinks or a fantastic Band for dancing we can help!

Mae & Maple – DIY Decor set up service

Mae & Maple is a small independent business based in Barton on Sea, Hampshire, run by me, Tash.

I understand that many couples want to add a personal touch to their wedding by creating and providing their own décor, but often only have access to the venue on the morning of their big day.

That’s where my ‘DIY Décor Set Up’ service comes in. It’s perfect for creative couples who want to relax and enjoy the morning with family and friends, knowing their carefully chosen décor is being beautifully set up by someone they trust.

The service includes a venue visit before your wedding day, a detailed DIY décor plan, and coordination with other décor suppliers arriving on the morning, such as your florist or cake maker.

If you need a few extra finishing touches, I also have a collection of sustainable, handcrafted décor items available to hire too!

Sopley Park Holiday Homes

Welcome to Sopley Park Holiday Homes at Lakeside

We are located in Sopley Park , 3 miles from Christchurch , Dorset

We offer 4 en-suite accommodation options from shepherds huts to cottages, set in lovely grounds all with access to an indoor swimming pool which can be booked for a personal time slot.

Our 4 acre garden has a variety of trees, including Beech, Ash, Pine, Yew, Holm Oak, Horse Chestnut, Bald Cypress, Sycamore, Silver Birch, Monkey Puzzle, Holly and Acer.

We have a variety of wild life here , including rabbits, squirrels, and loads of bird species including the occasional Buzzard.

At the far end of the garden is a small lake with an island connected by a bridge. The lake is spring fed and is connected to a holy well just outside our perimeter wall.

We hope the garden will be a tranquil experience for you.

Replay Band

Replay are a professional and versatile band delivering a live show that will get your guests grooving. With a wide range of styles and decades covered, the band are the perfect choice for weddings, parties and corporate events.

With a combined resume that includes worldwide tours, West End credits and performances with the likes of Sophie Ellis Bextor, Nao, Jessie Ware and Bryan Ferry, it’s no wonder that Replay have quickly made a name for themselves as one of the most talented and sought-after function bands in the industry.

With previous original projects finding success across Europe, these musicians bring a unique blend of experience, skill, and passion to every performance.

Melted Cheese Raclette

Welcome to The Melted Cheese Raclette.

Our food trailer ‘Audrey’ is run by us, Sophie and Sadie two sisters from Dorset. We spend our days scraping bubbling melted raclette cheese straight off the grilled wheel onto all different dishes. Here at the Melted Cheese Raclette, we know our stuff about Cheese. After all, what could be more alluring than melting cheese and layering it on chunks of bread, potato and pickles.

We cater for all events around the South of England, including private hire.

Delightful Dogs – Ringwood

Delightful Dogs – Ringwood are a well-established pet grooming service that also offer bespoke pet chaperone packages for your wedding or special day. Packages can include grooming, transportation and care of your pet for the whole wedding day and can be completely catered to your needs and aesthetic.

Having recently married at Sopley herself, Becki can advise you with confidence how best to manage your fur babies on your special day!

A J Sound Solutions Daytime DJ

With over 3 years of experience at managing the music needs for wedding ceremonies at The Mill, Alex brings a blend of professionalism, warmth and commitment to making your special day run flawlessly.

Alex can provide Background music, Ceremony music, Drinks reception and Wedding breakfast music.

He can also provide microphones and a PA system for speeches and offer a bespoke customisation for your day.

Stephen Charrett Magic

Incabella Floristry & Wedding Hire

Incabella Floristry & Wedding Hire work primarily at Sopley Mill to provide the beautiful extras that make your big day unique.  From a full wedding decoration package to the hire of a couple of crates Incabella are happy to help with as little or much as you like.  Wedding flowers are created using as many home-grown flowers and foliage as possible to ensure you have the freshest flowers with the headiest scent.  Increasingly popular is the hire of Incabella’s stunning potted flowers, a sustainable way of bringing in flowers and scent without any waste.  Incabella also has a large range of lanterns and t-lights for hire and Lucy is always happy to advise on where things work best in the stunning setting of Sopley Mill.

We all long for a balmy English summer day – sadly that is no guarantee but Garden Games will always add some light-hearted fun as much for the adults as the children. Garden Games will get everyone outside and add some friendly competitive spirit. From the strikingly large Chess Set to the smaller throwing games we have a fantastic range of excellent quality garden games. We provide an efficient, friendly service to help add to the excitement of planning your perfect day.
